Description
The Office of Management and Enterprise Services, Finance Center of Excellence (FCOE) is in need of additional IT augmentation services to support the State of Oklahoma PeopleSoft Financials system. This support will include project management, support for project implementations, financials upgrades and fixes, as well as production support for Phase II state agencies.
Requirements
- Proficient with PeopleSoft Financials 9.2, PUM 51 - Knowledgeable in Grants, Projects Costing, Contracts, AR, Billing, AP, Travel & Expense, Treasury, GL, Commitment Control, and Asset Management - Functional support for PeopleSoft Project Implementations - Ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications - Proficient in Component Interfaces, SQR, App Engine, PeopleCode, PeopleTools, SQL Developer, BI Publisher - Government experience preferred

Hybrid — 3 days/week on-site at OMES Finance Center of Excellence, Will Rogers Building, Oklahoma City. Remote work available Mon & Fri.
Initial resume review within 1 week. Phone screen followed by 90-minute technical deep dive. Final candidates may be asked to present a past PeopleSoft project. Target onboarding: April 2026.
